ProductionPROMAN Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Picker/Packer to support operations within a leading textile manufacturing facility. This role involves accurately selecting and preparing textile products for shipment while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols in a dynamic warehouse environment. Location: Potosi, MO Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Starting Pay $15.00/ hr.Responsibilities:Accurately pick textile products in accordance with customer orders using handheld scanners or manual picking listsPack products securely utilizing appropriate packaging materials, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation for shipmentConduct quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies and report any issues promptlyAssist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and maintaining an organized warehouse environmentPrepare shipments for timely dispatch and assist with loading as requiredAdhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environmentQualifications:Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or textile production environment is preferredAbility to consistently lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks including standing and walking for extended periodsStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressureEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team settingProficiency in operating handheld scanners and familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageousDemonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environmentWhy Work with PROMAN?Weekly payFull benefits packages, health, vision, and dental.401K with matching up to 6%Temp-to-hire opportunitiesOn-the-job training
