Duration: 10+ months

Job Description:-

• A Production Leader is in charge of the entire production process for a particular or set of products.
• They plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications.
• They supervise teams that work in operations and product development.

Primary Responsibilities:-

• Recommending operational changes - Assessing risks - Ensuring safety guidelines are followed - Resolving production problems - Conducting performance evaluations - Giving and receiving employee feedback - Training employees - Facilitating team participation

Qualifications:-

• Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.)

Technical Skills
Must Have:-

• Experience with operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of papermaking specific technology
• Ability to develop, organize, and give hands on training to core team members
• Understanding of IWS systems to deliver in process and output metrics

Nice To Have

• Base understanding of electrical systems and components relating to papermaking
• Knowledge of industry safety protocols
• Understanding of industry best practices to innovate on current procedures and systems
