The Production Leader is responsible for managing and optimizing the entire production process for designated products. This role ensures that production activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards and customer specifications. The Production Leader serves as the link between strategic objectives and operational execution, driving continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and recommend operational strategies to achieve production goals.

  • Assess risks and implement preventive measures to minimize operational disruptions.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and resolve production problems in a timely and effective manner.

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Facilitate open communication by giving and receiving feedback across teams.

  • Train, mentor, and coach employees to enhance skills and productivity.

  • Encourage team participation and build a culture of accountability and innovation.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in production management, operations leadership, or manufacturing supervision.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of industry standards, production systems, and quality assurance practices.
