As a Production Site Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end production process for one or more products, ensuring successful development in line with specifications, quality standards, and organizational goals. • Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Develop and recommend operational strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance output quality.
