We’re hiring for a Production Specialists in North Bend! The right fit is someone with experience working with hand and power tools or assembly, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties:
- Using hand and power tools to complete assemblies
- Loading and unloading pieces and parts onto painting racks
- Palletizing products
- Stage materials, move finished parts, and assist with workflow
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow blueprints and communicate with team members for efficiency
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Pay: $24.52/hour
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
- 6 months experience with hand and power tools (ability to identify tools)
