An automotive parts manufacturer near the LaSalle, IL area is searching for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the production team and department activities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an automotive parts manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervision of production team (timekeeping, discipline, etc.)
• Production planning and scheduling
• Address team & equipment concerns – resolve & report accordingly
• Assisting in production process improvement

Requirements Include:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of continuous improvement processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
