$75K - $85K + bonus | Direct line to CEO | High impact role

This is a leadership role focused on process improvement, team leadership, and operational efficiency across 14 self-directed production lines.


Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 6:30 pm - 4:00 am
  • Friday: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience with or exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, SMED, PDCA, waste reduction)
  • Strong leadership style—someone who leads by example and builds team accountability
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions confidently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
