NOW HIRING: Production Line Leader – Manufacturing - 2nd Shift

We’re looking for a Production Line Leader to oversee shift operations and ensure our manufacturing line runs safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy leading people, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact every day. This individual will be responsible for 7-8 direct reports on the production team, growing to 15+ in the coming months.

🔷 What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate shift production activities to meet daily/weekly production schedules
• Train, mentor, and guide team members in safe and efficient manufacturing practices
• Assign labor and set priorities to ensure smooth production flow
• Review and validate production documentation and system inputs
• Push finished goods data into SAP
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Collaborate with plant leadership on scheduling, inventory, and operational updates
• Update work instructions, standards, and process documentation as needed
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, MU, FPY, etc.) and coordinate maintenance activities
• Support and uphold 5S initiatives across assigned areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

🔷 What You Bring

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience supervising in a manufacturing or production environment
• Forklift certification
• Strong safety mindset
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with basic computer applications
