What You’ll Do: Lead daily Cell meetings with Zone Leaders to align priorities and communicate expectations Coordinate and implement production activities in partnership with other leaders Verify corrective actions, including performing root cause analysis and ensuring follow‑through Learn and apply the Dixon MOS to perform supervisory duties effectively Coach, develop, and evaluate leaders and operators to support team success Gather, analyze, and summarize performance metrics Conduct timely employee performance reviews and provide ongoing developmental feedback Promote, uphold, and help establish Standard Work practices Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of manufacturing experience Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Manufacturing and machining knowledge Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using various computer systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively What We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family Training opportunities Paid vacation, PTO, and holidays Gym reimbursements, and more!
