Production Supervisor Location: Connersville, IN Shift: 7pm-7am (2-2-3 schedule) Compensation: Starting salary from $70,000 - $80,000 per year Apply by Text: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage, direct and coordinate all activities related to a production shift to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality Supervise approximately 40 employees Coordinate with Scheduler to ensure daily production requirements are achieved Conduct supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring and training employees Plan, assign and direct work Appraise performance Reward and discipline employees Address complaints and resolve problems Ensure all production data is gathered and reported correctly on a daily basis Support and improve quality initiatives designed to meet plant goals Ensure safety programs are implemented effectively, reviewed regularly and revised as necessary Qualifications BA/BS degree preferred (business, engineering) Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience Supervisory experience preferred Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work well in group situations Ability to handle conflict effectively and consistently Strong computer skills SAP experience preferred Company Benefits Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, and a range of well‑being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
