Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr SUMMARY The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. This role oversees shift-based operations, directs production teams, supports quality and safety standards, and partners with cross‑functional teams to meet production goals. This position offers hands‑on leadership responsibility, exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, and the opportunity to directly impact operational performance.
