Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Falls City, Nebraska. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee evening production operations across multiple departments, support safety and quality initiatives, and help ensure production goals are met on schedule. What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate production activities across assembly, fabrication, paint line, and welding departments
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Review production schedules, labor hours, and time records to meet shipping deadlines
• Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment, and processes
• Support employee training, performance management, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Lead shop meetings and complete required daily, weekly, and monthly 5S tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to lead teams and resolve production or personnel issues effectively
• Understanding of shop math, blueprint interpretation, and production workflows
• Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Dynamics AX or D365 preferred)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and mentor employees
• Reliable attendance for a Monday–Thursday evening schedule
