Production Supervisor
Location: Faribault, MN (Onsite)

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing a designated shift within the production department. This role oversees daily operations, including product quality, safety, productivity, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who can drive performance, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, high-quality production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities for assigned shift
- Ensure product quality and integrity while meeting production targets
- Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain food safety and quality standards
- Monitor and report key performance metrics including productivity, downtime, and quality
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and HACCP standards
- Manage labor, materials, and waste to support cost control initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skills
- Participate in hiring, performance management, and employee development
- Maintain accurate production and timekeeping records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, QA, Sanitation, and HR
- Support product launches and development test runs
- Maintain audit readiness and high housekeeping standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (10–12 hours)
- Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed
- Exposure to manufacturing/production environment conditions
