This role is responsible for team leadership, training, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and performance metrics. Salary : $75,000 to $85,000 annually + 15% annual bonus Shift : 1st shift - approximately 45 to 55 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Ensure team adherence to safety policies and lead safety initiatives. Manage staffing levels and cross-training to meet production demand. Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing tools (5S, kaizen, etc.). Coach and develop team members; maintain training and performance records. Monitor production schedules and labor reporting; lead daily huddles. Support financial goals through labor/material variance and cost control. Maintain accurate inventory, payroll, and shop order documentation. Qualifications: 3+ years of leadership and 5+ years of manufacturing experience. Associate Degree in Production Management or equivalent experience. Knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance. Excellent organizational, reasoning, and communication skills.
