Job Details 1st and 2nd Shift Available Are you a dynamic, motivated individual with a passion for manufacturing and a knack for leadership? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Permanent Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production supervision, as well as extensive knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) systems. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be well‑versed in the challenges and opportunities that come with overseeing a production line. Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating all production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and meeting production goals. Implementing and maintaining HACCP systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Training, mentoring, and developing team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitoring and controlling production equipment, scheduling maintenance and repairs as necessary. Troubleshooting production issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. Collaborating with other departments, including Quality Control and Logistics, to ensure seamless operations. Continuously improving production processes, seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role within the manufacturing industry. Comprehensive knowledge of HACCP systems and their implementation in a manufacturing setting. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams. Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a knack for identifying and implementing effective solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering or Business Management, is preferred.
