The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets as agreed with Production Management. Responsibilities Optimizes KPIs by implementing, supporting, and leading Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) activities focused on operational improvements. Identify and implement sustainable process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement lean manufacturing principles. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Ensure Safety Standards are executed by all associates with Safety being the leading topic at all meetings with associates. Ensure that a high quality of products, services, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained and improved in the area. Review of KPIs and Top Losses daily and ensuring action plans are focused on correcting the Top Losses. Support the Operations Manager on all key deliverables of the business. Ensure Daily Operational Reviews are executed at a high level with engagement from all responsible associates. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements. Work directly with Technical Resource and Line Owners on key actions to drive business results. Qualifications High School Diploma Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of certifications, training, and experience. 2-5 years of experience in a leadership capacity in a high-speed manufacturing environment; bottling, Consumer packaged goods (CPG), or food and beverage preferred. Understanding of Safety Standards and ability to enforce those requirements. Excellent problem-solving ability. SAP and PC Skills including MS Excel and Word. Familiarity with quality and hygiene regulation. Cost awareness of operations. Ability to multi-task and delegate.
