As a production supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals in achieving operational success. What you’ll be doing Monitoring all quality and productivity goals. Enforcing and following up on all company policies, manufacturing processes, and safety regulations on a daily basis. What we’re looking for Must‑haves At least two years of manufacturing experience. At least one year of supervisory experience. Understand all guidelines regarding current HACCP plans. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Nice‑to‑haves Food handler’s certification.
