This onsite, full-time role involves leading teams in Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations and adjust plans as needed
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance (SPQRCE focus)
• Lead teams, manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability
• Oversee production, quality inspections, problem-solving, and built‑in‑quality initiatives
• Manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Loud, non–climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Standing/walking for long periods; lifting up to 40 lbs periodically
• Bending, kneeling, climbing, operating equipment, and using PPE required
• Rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) with frequent weekend work (up to 7 days as needed)

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
• Experience leading people, solving complex problems, and making decisions
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, typing)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
• Military background is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CIP), TIP
• Automotive or manufacturing experience
• Union environment supervision
• Supply Chain or Quality experience
• Built‑in‑Quality initiatives, DFSS/Red X certification
• Knowledge of timekeeping systems
