Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating activities of production team members to ensure achievement of production goals Planning production schedules for assigned area and shift Ensuring a safe work environment by interpreting company safety policies, procedures, and regulations and training team members Ensuring product quality standards are met Providing technical guidance and recommending process improvement measures Developing, coaching and mentoring team members.
