Production Supervisor Location: Monee, IL (Onsite, no remote) Base Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Must Have: 2+ years of experience in a perishable product manufacturing environment (Food, Pharma, Chemical, mixing and batching preferred) We Are Looking For: Someone that is data driven and hungry to become a Production Manager Responsibilities Oversee production timing and quality of work Hold meetings and set expectations Monitor progress quantity and quality standards Interview, select, onboard, and train employees (as part of management staff) Monitor all production processes and direct resources Complete production plan, including scheduling and gathering resources to maintain production goals Establish priorities and monitor progress Verify finished product specifications are met Verify inventory accuracy Report downtime, investigate causes, and recommend corrective action Conduct annual employee reviews Ensure SOPs, GMPs, and safety rules are followed Education and Experience BA Degree 3+ years of Production Supervisor experience in a food manufacturing environment Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
