Title: Production Supervisor Swing shift

Pay Range: $35.00/hr

Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date).

Hours: 3pm 11pm, offering Over Time

Location: Forth Worth, TX

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Production Supervisor to work on-site with our client. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Addressing and solving equipment related operations issues.
Making decisions about acceptable vs. unacceptable quality of products.
Ensure quality standards are being met.
Identify areas for improvement and voice issues that operators have with equipment, process, and procedures.
Identify and Implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
Ensure conditions of tooling and equipment are maintained.
Understand and know the products and procedures.
Managing/ overseeing the installation of equipment.

Qualifications:

Lead and work with the 60 operators per shift across 6 lines (2 people on assembly per line, 2 people on packaging per line and 3 people on material handling for all of the lines).
Oversee the operator's performance and adherence to the process procedure.
Ensure that quotas are being met.
Ensure that correct tools are available and in good working order for each operator.

Holding daily stand-up meetings to start each shift.
Keep a shift log of activities, performance, issues/ events.
Have a shift handover meeting with next shift supervisor.
Address production related problems as they arise.
Train operators on the process and procedures of the equipment.
Help to install the new equipment in facility.
Managing operators' occurrences, reporting occurrences

Must Have: 2 to 3 years of Manufacturing and supervision experience.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
