Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure safe, efficient beverage production while maintaining strong floor presence, communication, and adherence to company policies
• Lead, train, and evaluate production staff; troubleshoot line issues; coordinate maintenance; and ensure accurate scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Monitor batching, filling, packaging, and changeovers to verify correct materials, coding, quality checks, sanitation, and raw‑material tracking
• Uphold strict safety, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and LOTO standards while maintaining a clean work environment and responding effectively to emergencies or employee issues
• Ensure food safety and product quality, participate in ongoing training, and complete all required operational, mechanical, and shift‑end reports accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a comparable leadership role
• Proven ability to oversee production operations, enforce standards, and support food‑safety requirements

Salary: $20/hr. - $35/hr.
