Dizario Search is conducting a search for a Production Supervisor located near North Ridgeville, OH. This opportunity is with a well-established industrial manufacturer serving a diverse customer base. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety expectations are consistently met.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day production activities and supervise frontline manufacturing employees
• Plan and coordinate schedules to meet output goals and customer deadlines
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance across assigned areas
• Partner with Maintenance to address equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Analyze production data and report on performance, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations in collaboration with HR
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Provide hands-on floor support as needed to maintain workflow and production continuity

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
• 1–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of industrial equipment and processes
• Experience troubleshooting production or equipment-related issues
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities
• Experience in heavy industrial, casting, foundry, melt shop, or similar high-heat manufacturing environments preferred
