Job Description

We’re seeking a Production Supervisor II with hands-on experience in power plant or industrial operations to lead frontline teams, support safe operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, skilled trades, or related
  • 2–4 years of experience in power plant or similar industrial operations
  • Experience working in a union environment
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of safety requirements, work processes, and scheduling
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Set daily priorities and coordinate work across teams
  • Lead/participate in operating reviews and problem-solving events
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and use of enterprise systems
  • Administer union contracts, company policies, and procedures
  • Serve as an on-call resource and support special projects
