Production Supervisor Apply
Location: Olympia, WA
Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for 1st shift in their manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20-25 FTE
- Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency.
- Maintain quality standards.
- Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships.
- Recommends changes or improvement in methods, equipment or processes
- Drive a lean and continuous improvement culture
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing is required.
- LEAN/Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience is preferred.
- Experience with KPIs/metrics is preferred
- Open to working 1st shift
