Now Hiring: Cannabis Production Supervisor | Hudson Valley, NYWe’re currently partnering with a licensed, fast-growing cannabis operator in the Hudson Valley that is looking to bring on a hands-on Production Supervisor to help build, stabilize, and scale their manufacturing operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a startup environment, where you’ll have real influence over processes, team development, and overall production success.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working side-by-side with their team, and bringing structure to an evolving operation. If you’ve been part of a facility that’s scaling and have experience across pre-roll, vape, and flower production, this could be a great fit. Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 Schedule: Full-time Key Responsibilities:Lead daily production operations across pre-rolls, vape filling, and flower packagingSet schedules and priorities to ensure teams hit output, quality, and efficiency targetsTrain, coach, and develop team members on SOPs, equipment use, compliance, and best practicesOversee production equipment (filling, rolling, packaging, labeling), including setup, changeovers, and troubleshootingEnsure all finished goods meet strict regulatory and quality standardsMaintain accurate production records, batch logs, and compliance documentationPartner with inventory and fulfillment teams to manage materials, WIP, and finished goodsDrive process improvements, identify inefficiencies, and help scale operations effectivelyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment aligned with GMP standards What They’re Looking For:Hands-on experience in cannabis manufacturing (pre-rolls, vapes, flower)Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a production settingStrong understanding of compliance, quality control, and regulated workflowsExperience in startup or high-growth environments is a major plusA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt as the business evolvesThis is a strong opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job—you’ll play a key role in building the foundation of a production operation and helping it scale the right way.About Vangst:Vangst is the cannabis industry's hiring platform.
