Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: GreaterReidsville area, North Carolina Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Our client, a leader in the food processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization. What's the Job? Organize and direct work on the processing floor to meet production schedules efficiently. Ensure that the workforce performs their duties in accordance with food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Monitor quality checks to meet quality goals and ensure product safety standards are maintained. Lead risk management and safety initiatives to protect employees and minimize organizational liability. Support employee engagement through training, goal setting, and labor relations activities. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred. Three to five years of related experience with progressive supervisory responsibilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near moving mechanical parts. Experience working in refrigerated and cold environments is advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. What's in it for me?
