Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties

•  Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to meet quality and efficiency goals
• Monitor the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
• Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing floor, warehouse areas, and assembly stations to uphold safety standards and cleanliness
• Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to manage material movement, inventory control, and storage logistics
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the factory floor and collaborate with maintenance teams for timely repairs
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct safety training sessions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports for performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience

•  Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line supervision
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, tools, and equipment operation
• Experience operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing machinery
• Prior warehouse experience including material handling, inventory management, or logistics is highly desirable
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of safety regulations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
