We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who knows their way around a plastics floor: someone who understands that quality, throughput, and teamwork go hand in hand. You’ll oversee production crews, maintain production schedules, and make sure machines, materials and people are working together throughout your shift. Looking for someone who has hands on experience in Plastics and previous supervisory experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily shift operations, assign tasks, and monitor production performance
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and process techs to minimize downtime
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, scrap reduction, and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and personnel
• Train and mentor operators and technicians to ensure consistent quality output
• Support process changes, troubleshooting and start-ups as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience supervising production in plastics manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production flow, setup, and troubleshooting
• Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills

More Details

• 1st shift, 4 12 hour shifts / week (planning to move to 5 8 hour shifts in the near future)
• Salaried position, not OT eligible
