The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the production department operates efficiently and profitably through the effective utilization of labor, materials, equipment, and space. This role involves supervising team members, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.How will you do it? Lead and manage team members in production operations, ensuring proper workflow and adherence to production schedules.Conduct regular evaluations of team performance and provide training as necessary to ensure safety and efficiency.Monitor production processes to identify any issues and implement corrective actions as needed.Collaborate with engineering to enhance production practices and reduce costs.Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety policies among employees.What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in manufacturing management or a related field.Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to analyze production metrics and implement improvements.Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What do we offer?
