Position Information Type: Fulltime Role Production Support Location Edison, NJ (Onsite)

Technical Skills: (Primary)

• 5 years of experience in a 24x7 production support experience in a financially impactful environment
• 3 years of experience in incident change and problem management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experience
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and regulations
• Knowledge of ISO20022 compliance
• Experience reading TCPIP traces
• Experience in Card and Payments domains
• Knowledge of regulations related with payments
• Knowledge of ACH RTP MuleSoft Murex Swift cross border and domestic payments
• Knowledge of technical issues related with payment cards and payments principles of organization and operation of payment card systems
