Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- You'll support Third party -based platforms and customer-facing integrations
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of working with FISERV Products
- Knowledge on incident management, ServiceNow, ITIL processes, Change management
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
- Knowledge of Unix, Windows, application Log Analysis
- Maintain system logs, documentation, and support records.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and other compliance frameworks.
- Support onboarding of new client data feeds and reports.
- Knowledge of Database SQL queries & working with NoSQL DB.
- Assist in implementing system updates and enhancements.
- Participate in testing and validation of new software releases.
- Experience of 2-3 years of collaborating with vendors and troubleshooting Sev1 & Sev2 incidents.
- Knowledge of Autosys, job schedulers.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
- Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools. Preferred to have Python knowledge.
- Candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer.
- He / She Should be able to independently troubleshoot sev1 and sev2 incidents d provide RCA.
- Must be proficient and have Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools.
- Knowledge on JIRA
- Candidate should be willing to do Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to co-ordinate with offshore team.
- Good communication / Presentations skills
