This position is cross-trained to work in multiple departments and support various stages of the manufacturing process as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, completing required documentation, operating production equipment, and assisting with off‑line processes. Duties & Responsibilities for Production Support Work in assigned departments as needed to support production demands. Cross‑train and maintain the ability to perform all positions within designated department(s). Uphold quality standards and complete all quality‑related functions within assigned areas. Create production kits and install pre‑cut insulation into geothermal unit panels. Insulate cabinet doors, ensuring all components match work orders, are installed correctly, and meet quality expectations. Print and apply labels using company labeling systems. Accurately complete all required documentation, including quality checklists and production paperwork. Perform off‑assembly line processes as needed to support workflow efficiency. Safely operate equipment such as welders, saws, cut‑off wheels, and other production tools as required. Run and review production‑related reports as assigned. Spend approximately 75% of the shift performing insulation and kitting duties. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
