What You'll Do:
As a Production Support Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in logistical coordination from our corporate office in Lee’s Summit, MO. Your tasks will include:
- Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Aspen’s proprietary software
- Reviewing work orders, insurance paperwork, and material invoices
- Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
- Scheduling jobs with subcontractors, property owners, and sales reps
- Coordinating inspections with building departments
- Completing bi-weekly payroll for subcontractors
- Updating reports on pending jobs and accounts receivable

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically shingle roofs
