Production Technician 1 Job Category: CMP Operations Requisition Number: PRODU002118 Posted: July 20, 2026 Full-Time On-site 8000 Castleway Drive Indianapolis, IN 46250, USA Job Details Description What You'll Do Assemble and pouch port pads, tubing, connectors, and other products Label and package products accurately Inspect products for quality and compliance with standards Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations Follow all gowning, PPE, and hygiene requirements Report equipment or safety issues immediately Meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards Assist with housekeeping and process improvements as needed What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., use ladders, and work in variable manufacturing conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented mindset Preferred: Prior manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments Why Join Us?
