Job Description
Production Technician – $24–$26/hr
Location: Livermore, CA
Assignment: Indefinite temporary assignment with strong potential for conversion after ~6 months
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, early shift (approx. 5:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) with potential overtime
Pay: $24–$26/hr + weekly pay and benefits

What You’ll Do
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive mechanical or electromechanical assembly tasks
- Build precision components using hand tools, measurement devices, and specialized equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or procedures to ensure quality output
- Operate tools such as arbor presses, ovens, vacuum systems, and test equipment
- Inspect components for quality and cosmetic standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners as needed
- Support production goals while maintaining strict quality standards

- Consistently produces high-quality assemblies with minimal rework
- Follows procedures accurately and safely
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintains a positive, collaborative attitude on the production floor
- May assist in training or orienting newer team members
What You Bring
- High school diploma or trade school equivalent
- 2–4 years of mechanical or production assembly experience
- Experience in precision manufacturing or similar technical industries preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and basic measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working an early-morning onsite schedule
- Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes and safety glasses
Ideal Backgrounds
Candidates from precision manufacturing or semiconductor-related environments are especially strong fits, particularly those with mechanical assembly experience.
