We're currently seeking a Temporary Production Technician to support our client's dynamic manufacturing operations just outside Albany, NY . This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, a focus on quality, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving production needs. Responsibilities Assemble a wide range of components and sub-systems by hand. Follow detailed assembly instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation tasks. Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided). Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during assembly. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA regulations. Keep work area organized and safe. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Complete accurate and timely production documentation. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Comfortable using both manual and power tools. Willingness and ability to work overtime and adapt to a flexible schedule. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable team player with clear and professional communication skills. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
