Production Technician

As an Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Job Location – Waukesha, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 3:30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20/hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – 2+ years of assembly experience in manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Daily use of hand tools to assemble computer motherboards, memory, CPU's, and other power supplies according to specifications/customer needs
• Follow blueprints to assemble products in correct and efficient manner
• Work well with the production team to complete production quota
• Keep area clean and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in IT or minimum of HS Diploma/GED required

• 2+ years of experience in assembly or computer building knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Knowledge and experience hand/power tools

• Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail are required!
