Role: Processing Operator/ Production Worker
Location: Sturgis, MI

Job Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing liquid pediatric and medical nutrition products by operating and monitoring computer-controlled equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products.
Weigh, stage, and handle raw ingredients for batch processing.
Operate and monitor computer-controlled blending, heat treatment, and CIP systems.
Perform line operations such as standardization and final water processing.
Maintain GMP compliance through cleaning, documentation, and equipment upkeep.
Record production data accurately using computer systems.
Receive and transport bulk raw materials and CIP chemicals.
Support additional production tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior food manufacturing or batch processing experience preferred.
Knowledge of GMP and computer-controlled systems desired.
Basic computer, mechanical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift materials, multitask, and work in a team environment.
