Civil Engineer – Tallahassee, FL Responsibilities: Engineering design and CAD production for multiple projects for multiple clients. Must perform civil site development and Civil 3D design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects. Coordinate with CAD drafters, technicians and clients. Manage other engineering and CAD technicians’ work and interface with other disciplines. Schedule, budget and scope management of projects. Supervise AutoCAD and Civil 3D technicians as required. Communicate and coordinate efforts and ideas with team members and clients. Document design decisions and maintain project documentation. Qualifications: BS degree in Civil Engineering. Current valid EI or PE registration in Florida. Minimum 3 years of design experience with public and private projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software. Experience with regulatory approval processes. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to read construction plans and excel at mathematics and measurements. Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Survey Field Technician – Tallahassee, FL General Description: Performs construction stakeout, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, route surveys, etc. for public and private clients. Key Duties: Apply surveying techniques and procedures. Use GPS, Robotic Total Station and scanners. Coordinate daily with field and office staff. Maintain and operate surveying equipment safely. Upload and download data collectors. Advance knowledge of new technology and equipment. Other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.
