Job Title: Professional - Employee File Retrieval & Review Specialist
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Israel (Hadera Plant and the Naharia Tissue Plant) - Onsite
Contract Duration: 4 weeks

Still seeking candidates in both the Hadera Plant and the Naharia Tissue Plant.

Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance project. This role involves locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee files across multiple regions to ensure accuracy and completeness for compliance purposes. The position requires strong organizational skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently in environments where records may be archived or difficult to access. Support may be needed for review of digital files in addition to the physical files onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • File Retrieval: Locate and collect employee records from various storage locations, including physical archives and digital systems.
  • Data Review: Assess files for completeness and accuracy based on project guidelines.
  • Documentation: Track progress, maintain logs of retrieved files, and report findings to project leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional HR teams and procurement partners to coordinate efforts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify missing or hard-to-find documents and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration, records management, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Familiarity with global HR processes is a plus.

Challenges & Expectations

  • Volume of Work: Expect to handle large quantities of files, some dating back decades.
  • Physical Archives: Files may be stored in boxes, closets, or off-site locations, requiring persistence and physical effort.
  • Complexity: Records may be incomplete or misfiled, requiring investigative skills to locate missing information.
  • Time Sensitivity: Work will be deadline-driven, requiring efficient prioritization and adaptability.
  • Global Coordination: Collaboration across multiple countries and time zones will be necessary to ensure consistency and compliance.

Additional Details

  • Duration: [Insert estimated project timeline]
  • Travel: May require occasional visits to physical storage locations.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
As mentioned the other week, manager would be willing to either cover a hotel cost for the week OR "commuting fee" of about $100/week for a candidate to commute to either location (or if someone is in the middle and willing to do both locations for a longer duration).
