We have partnered with a Consulting Engineers for the Utility Industries company in the Raleigh, NC area to provide them with a Professional Engineer - Team Lead III. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Professional Engineer Team Lead III:

#1. B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering required.

#2. Active PE License in USA, preferably North Carolina.

#3. Substation Design, Protection and Control Design, Relay Setting, Testing Commission.

#4. 5 to 10 years of USA experience

#5. Leadership Management

Responsibilities of the Professional Engineer Team Lead III:

• Candidate will be the sealing engineer for the majority of work produced by the team and will also act to manage customer relations and well as business development with select clients.
• Mentor and schedule work of junior engineers, designers, CAD operators on candidate's assigned team.
• Capability to be Customer's Point of Contact to manage existing projects and customer satisfaction, as well as future business and upcoming project plans
• Proficient in multiple areas of substation engineering such as physical layout design, protection/control design, relay settings programming, field support, substation commissioning, relay testing

Requirements for the Professional Engineer Team Lead III:

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Five to ten years of applicable experience required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.

Other Key Requirements:

• This position is not remote.
• This position reports to the Divisional Manager.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp to Corp.
