The successful candidate will play a critical role in our land and site development projects, utilizing their expertise in AutoCAD 3D and CAD Drafting. Job Details Responsibilities Manage and conduct a wide variety of land surveys including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, and construction staking. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure plans, blueprints, and other project documents are accurate and complete. Utilize CAD drafting, AutoCAD 3D, and other relevant software to prepare high-quality survey drawings. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Land Surveyor. Must hold a current Professional Land Surveyor license. Proficient in the use of CAD drafting, AutoCAD 3D, and other relevant software. Extensive knowledge of land development and site development. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
