Your Role Prepare and review survey documents, including boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and construction calculations. Research and produce sealed survey documents such as Right‑of‑Way maps, easements, and other critical materials. Enter, compute, and verify field data using CAD software to ensure accuracy. Lead and motivate survey crews, drafting technicians, and project teams. Oversee field survey work, including property line establishment, construction staking, and topographic surveys. Interact with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success from start to finish. Solve complex surveying challenges and contribute to unique, high‑profile projects. Represent the firm positively, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in land surveying, with a background in residential and commercial projects preferred. Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or the ability to obtain licensure quickly. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and field instrumentation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate with engineers and manage teams effectively. Expertise in construction calculations, documentation, and project management. A detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
