Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Professional Land Surveyor based in Maple Grove, MN. The Professional Land Surveyor will be primarily responsible for directing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, as well as typical topographic and land surveys. The role includes working with the Survey Manager on scheduling, research, reviewing field data, ensuring surveying projects comply with relevant standards, and overseeing and coordinating with drafting teams to deliver high-quality results. Collaboration and proactive client communication will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in ALTA/NSPS surveys, Topographic Surveys and Building Surveying Experience in Land Surveying practices and methods Working knowledge of Total Station and other modern surveying equipment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field preferred Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification or ability to obtain it within a specified time Familiarity with GIS software and CAD tools is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
