We've been in business for 35 years and have expanded our horizons to include growth in the areas of engineering and infrastructure to provide a comprehensive suite of services.Your Responsibilities as a Professional Land Surveyor: Perform land surveys for maintenance, location, and relocation of property corners through the use of GPS equipment and/or conventional surveying equipment Perform construction surveys for roads, bridges, buildings, subdivisions, and other properties. Perform boundary surveys and establish rights-of-way and easements for roads and properties. Research legal and survey records to acquire information about property boundaries, including deeds, easements, vacations, dedications, Right of Ways, riparian rights, etc. Perform basic and advanced field calculations for all aspects of survey work with AutoCAD. Manage project activities, budgets, and timelines. Train and develop Survey Technicians. Ensure the safe performance of project work. Proficiency working in AutoCAD and GPS Ability to manage budgets and timelines, lead staff, and provide subcontractor oversight.Interested?
