```Duties```
- Provide hair styling and barbering services to clients, including haircuts, styling, and coloring
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory and recommend appropriate hair color options to clients
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Offer eyelash extensions services, if applicable
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on technique and client interaction
```Skills```
- Able to braid with or without braiding hair, install human virgin hair extensions, installation of wigs creating natural looking flawless hairline, knowledge of alopecia, other hair loss conditions, and hair care products. SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION IS A PLUS.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their desired hairstyles; SPANISH SPEAKING OR ITALIAN IS A PLUS
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, blow-drying, and styling
- Knowledge of barbering techniques for men's grooming needs, hair extensions and installs.
- Ability to sanitize tools and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Makeup application skills for special occasions or events
- Understanding of color theory to recommend appropriate hair color options
- Experience in retail sales to promote and sell hair care products
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions application, if applicable
- Strong mentoring skills to guide junior stylists in their professional development

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
Expected hours: 40 70 per week
