Job Description The Professional Services Administrator I is responsible for the intake, evaluation and preparation of all Service engagements. This includes but is not limited to Custom/Dedicated Training, Software Development, Support, Implementation and Consulting Services. Additionally, this entails acting as the liaison between the Sales Account Manager, the Project Manager, Resource Management, all Services Personnel, and Finance. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities between departments, and a sense of urgency to meet customer and company demands.
Major Responsibilities / Activities Validate and invoice support contracts
Validate and Approve new Orders as submitted by Sales (includes Credit Checks & Documentation requirements)
Assisting Project Managers with PSA (includes Q&A and Project set-up)
Assisting Services employees with PSA (Q&A)
Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of administrative and invoicing experience
Experience / Skill Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Mission Control software
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and efficient
Ability to effectively multi-task
Able to work overtime as needed for month-end processing or periodic volume spikes in business
Compensation $25.00-$30.00hr
