Green Key Resources is seeking a Professional Services Recruiter to join our growing team. This role requires expertise in full life cycle recruitment within an agency setting, with a strong focus on building lasting client and candidate relationships.

Recruiting Focus Areas

• Accounting & Finance
• Professional Services (HR, Administrative, Call Center)
• Legal
• Marketing
• Entry-level IT (Helpdesk)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of agency recruiting experience in the above focus areas
• Proven success in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Open to a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Based in the DMV region, with preference for candidates in:
• Urbana/Frederick County
• Montgomery County
• Carroll County
• Howard County
