Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for a Professional Staff Assistant II in Los Alamos, NM. Hybrid. Work from home except for onboarding and meetings as required. Schedule will typically be 4, 8-hour days. Hours could increase as the project's (software implementation) go-live date approaches.
MUST be local and/or reside within 2 hours of Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Support a software implementation project - working closely with the IT team and the assigned Computing Systems Tech 1.
Provides professional business, operational, and/or programmatic support for specialized functions, programs, and/or organizations. Specific duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to, providing resource and project management; conducting research and assembling data for assigned specialized reports, presentations, and/or planning documents; planning meetings and conferences; and assisting in the analysis, design and implementation of business, operational, and/or programmatic initiatives to ensure organizational objectives.
Requirements
Education and Experience
Position typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Undergraduate coursework is typically expected at this level.
